Among local people in Hawaii, Grace's Inn is considered one of the best of the best in plate lunches. Their chicken katsu plate is legendary among constuction workers because it seems to weigh 5 pounds and comes with two scoops of rice, mac salad, and two other salads and kimchee and chow fun. Quite a value. Its fast, filling and consistent.
